Our extensive spare parts warehouse at our headquarters in Lautert is crucial to the smooth running of our after sales service. This warehouse means we can offer shortest delivery times for any components needed and so ensure high availability for your systems.

Erlenbach offers standardised DIN 31051 service agreements for your maintenance and inspection requirements. If this kind of contract is not a good fit to the needs of your business, we will be happy to make individual adjustments and offer you a made-to-measure service agreement.
